This is an excellent overview report to learn more about yourself and understand the strengths and challenges of your behavioral style.  The report is written in an informal and conversational tone. Participants can understand their preferences, strengths, and growth areas, appreciate personal diversity, develop a common language to discuss personal styles, create a dialogue about personal preferences, frustrations, and differences, and relate to those around them.
